Customers must provide their order number along with clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for all damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted, as we will be unable to verify the issue.
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Replacement will not be provided if:
The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled.
The replacement request is made after the specified time period.
The damage is caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
A valid continuous unboxing video is not provided for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect items.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
Eligible products will only be replaced if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition and all replacement requirements are met.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos, and the required unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives.
If the replacement request is approved, Jagannathapuri.com will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
If the claim cannot be verified or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the replacement request may be declined.
